GridBuild

Satellite evidence for construction review.

RETROSPECTIVE STUDIES / SCOPED PILOTS

The schedule meets
the territory.

Compare reported work with dated satellite observations. Locate visible change and bring the right questions to site review.

THE APPROACH

The same segment.
A clearer history.

The observation changes. Its location stays fixed.

Review

A review brief to compare with site diaries and field records.

TECHNICAL SCOPE

First, check
what can be seen.

Resolution, cloud cover and scene comparability determine whether an activity can be assessed.

What does the first assessment require?

The official route or project boundary, the period, reported activities and available site records. We first assess whether the question is observable.

Does GridBuild certify construction progress?

No. Satellite change is evidence for review, not an automatic contractual measurement, a certified progress percentage or a completion-date forecast.

What supports the current offer?

The C2 retrospective case established a workflow with sector maps, dated evidence cards and human review. It does not establish full-project monitoring, client acceptance or measured savings.

  • Start with one segment.Agree on the boundary, period and activity to be reviewed.
  • Return to the same place.Organize comparable scenes and identify where the view is insufficient.
  • Make change visible.Locate differences without treating every change as completed work.
  • Bring the evidence to the team.Cross-check each finding against site records and field observations.
