Predictive data intelligence

We see failure before it happens.

Logic over data.

Grafter turns orbital and physical data into foresight: the remaining useful life of critical infrastructure, asset by asset, while there is still time to act.

The market reacts to what already broke. Grafter predicts what hasn't, projecting the moment it crosses the line.

The method

Prognostics, not monitoring.

Grafter applies PHM (Prognostics and Health Management), the aerospace discipline of estimating remaining useful life. A degradation state is modeled with physics, calibrated against real measurements and projected forward.

Remaining useful life is the time until that state crosses a defined threshold. A number with a date, not an alarm.

Origin

Aerospace engineering, applied to infrastructure.

Grafter is built in São José dos Campos, inside Brazil's aerospace cluster around the ITA. It inherits one assumption from that world: failure is not acceptable, so it must be anticipated.

The company is founder-led and develops its core technology as graduate research at the ITA, in the CTE-G program.
